Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please make sure to check region information before making a purchase.
Please type your cdkeys carefully and look for typical mistakes like typing "0" instead of "O".
Valid codes can't be refunded or exchanged. 
Invalid codes can be refunded or exchanged only for a new codes related to the same product.

Your complaint should include a brief description of the problem and the order confirmation email.

Please note: when we receive your submission we have to check if the complained cdkey is actually invalid. To do so, we will try to activate the cdkey.
If your cdkey is verified invalid, your complaint is applicable for a refund or an exchange.
If your cdkey is verified valid and we were able to activate the product, your complaint is not applicable for a refund or an exchange and your cdkey is lost during the verification process.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your submission is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within one day, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. 
Conversion fee is not refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need an exchange, you can send your submission at:

Once your submission is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your exchange.
If approved, you will receive new codes via E-mail within one day.

Canceled order (if applicable)
If your order is canceled due to security reasons, you will receive a refund diminished by the refund commission.
